McDonald`s in Rapid City

They have cut down parking lot to one lane to get in! 😒 EXTREMELY DANGEROUS another car was coming out and almost side swipped us

Good food, alot of cars in line, moved quickly

wrong food when corrected had enough sauce for 5 more way overkill

Very limited menu otherise very nice

Any McDonald's is a good McDonald's. The food here is great and has a reasonable price tag behind it. Bathrooms are easily accessible and well kept up. If you love McDonald's as much as I do, come here!

Ordered from drive-thru, was asked to pull up to waiting area for drive-thru, then proceeded to wait another 20 mins for my food. Never came so I had to go inside, where a bag with 1/2 of my order was sitting by an open window getting cold. Had to wait another 7 minutes for my refreshed food to get to me. Very frustrating!! Usually they are spot on with minimal waiting time. I guess there is an exception to everything!

I actually got exactly what i ordered

This is like any other McDonald's. It is clean and service is fast. I have not been inside since the pandemic started but the drive thru is very efficient. Menu was reduced sometime ago so I will get the Big Mac meal every once in a while and I visit less often because of this. Still worthy.

This is a new and modern looking McDonald's restaurant in Rapid City. It was fairly busy but the food came out hot and fast. They give you a GPS puck that identifies your table and they bring the food out to you. The service was friendly and there is seating for about fifty of your friends.

This McDonalds is always a little bit of a gamble in quality and service. Someti.es it pretty good other times their food seems like they just want your money.

Way too long lines, very slow but order was correct

Waited in the drive thru for 6 minutes . Got to speaker at 10:34 and could not get breakfast. Very disappointed

Their food is always good in a pinch especially if your driving long ways at a time.

I work there and it's not bad. It has its flaws that could change but thats all places. We always make sure to let our customers feel at home and welcome when they walk into our store. We work as fast and accurately as we can to get you in and out with great food and great service. Stop by and make and order or get an application and join the team!

This McDonald’s has honestly been a hit or a miss for us. The food is either fantastic, or soggy. The difference is Rob, the manager. When he’s working, the food is excellent. He seems organized and focused on work. I really appreciate his quality and customer service. Hopefully the other shifts can match Rob’s quality and customer service someday soon. If they did, I would drive 10 miles out of my way to come to THIS McDonald’s. Thank you, Rob for restoring my hope that there are still folks that care about making their burgers GOOD rather than just making the burgers and shoving them at the customer and expecting them to eat it cuz it looks good enough, but tastes bad. We, and others like us, appreciate you, sir!

Fastest service I've ever seen in the drive through.

The Big Mac is extremely disappointing with those small pieces of meat. They used to be the signature sandwich I don't know what happened.

Loved the quarter pounder.

Food is well prepared, the service is quick, and the lobby always clean. One of my more preferred McDonald's that I go to.

Requires masks and social distancing. I feel safe here. Thank you for doing the right thing during the pandemic!

McDonald's makes a mean frappy with two shots of espresso in it with a super sized amount of caramel drizzle on the bottom of the cup , on the sides of the cup and on top-of a lot of whipped cream they even have to get one cup size bigger to make it all fit together, I'd like to say God bless McDonald's and all they do for their charities and the fun they bring for many children and also my mocha frappes thank you Christine

Unlike many of the other fast food places in Rapid City, they didn't have a ridiculous line.

We dont expect perfect service. However if fries are missed we do not expect to be accused of trying to get free fries. Manager looked through our bag then looked at reciept. When the realized the missed them like we stated the rolled their eyes and was snotty. Very rude and inappropriate service. Will not come to this location. This is second time this year this treatment was shown at this location. Manager and assistant manager on evenings need to be replaced

Hot and tasty, in and out in minutes.A bit pricey but its fast food, what do you expect?

This McDonald's prides itself on friendlyness and getting your order right. That in itself is a tall order, the food is generally good and sometimes it is great. The soft drinks ar better than anywhere else and we often go just for the drink. It is a busy franchise so plan accordingly. It is our go to for fast food in Rapid City.

My order was correct! I love when that happens! They also have a cool sculpture of a Quarter Pounder with Cheese out front!

Suprisingly fast service with them being almost exclusively drive through. The fries are still questionable at times but 99% of the time they get my order right.

Asked for a coke with no ice and got a Mr pibb with ice. I could have said something but I was in a hurry hence why I got fast food to begin with.. Food was so-so. Not the best I've had from a McDonald's not the worst.

Came in for breakfast twice during my stay in the Hills for the Sturgis rally. I was very impressed with this location. Super clean, modern and well staffed. There is an employee, “Garrett” I believe his name was. You just can’t help but smile when you are ordering from him. He is full of conversation, knows exactly the best way to order what you want for the best deal and constantly smiling as he is in such a good mood. Like he is just full of life, happy to be alive and working kind of attitude. It was a refreshing change from where I am going back to! I can’t wait to get back for next year’s rally and when I do I plan on coming back, hopefully Garrett’s smiling face will be there to greet me again and welcome me back to this beautiful place you all live in!!

Construction going on there, but they worked thru it, remained open and were all super friendy and fast.

What can i say, they screw you at the drive through.Ordered a Single Cheeseburger combo and a double cheeseburger combo.Looked on the bag and it had the correct boxes.6 miles away opened them up after eating the fries and VIOLA", 2 SINGLES!Sure glad i payed for more than what i recieved.Seriously, how hard is it to package a burger in the correct box?

Whenever I go to a McDonald's I usually order a fishburger... They are very excellent... My only concern is that they put to much tarter sauce on them... It oozes out the side when you bite into them... If you ask them to go light on the sauce then they put on a small gob about the size of a dime.... Like its from one extreme to another... Can't there be a happy medium???

I indulged in fastfood which is rare but the big mac was cooked to order and the fries were fresh. I was going to ask for fresh fries but they were hot! The young man at the window made sure that I was satisfied with the fries.

They didn't cook the hamburger meat full on my double quarter pounder. They hardly ever get ny order correct. I always have to check the bag before I pull off because they don't put everything in the bag.

Ordered 3 plates of pancakes. Received no syrup. This is not complicated folks

Sandwiches are always crappily made.
